MAIL-IN: Complete the form above, and mail with check/money order for $45 (made payable to Women’s Commission of SWLA, Inc.) to the address listed at the bottom of this form.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION: Available at the Lake Charles Civic Center Ticketmaster Box Office from Monday, October 16, 2023 until Thursday, October 19, 2023 (day of Conference).
The cost of Ticketmaster registration is $50.00 plus $2 service fee per person for the entire day, or any portion of the day. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at Ticketmaster during On-site Registration.

As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, the venue may shift seating configurations and/or increase capacity.
